Yuri looked up at Vera when he heard her voice, surveying her for a moment before nodding, mentally sighing as he stood. Something to see by the Knight Outpost? Led by Vera, of all people? Suspicious though he was, he did have to go find Flynn and tell him about what happened in the Magistrate's Palace. Better sooner rather than later, after all. "Is it something interesting?" he asked, slipping into his facade. No need to have people think he was disturbed (no matter how much he actually was). "Or is this another trick for you to steal more of my hair?" Repede, naturally, scoffed in that dog-like way, as if mocking one or both of them. The canine merely set off at his own pace, more than capable of finding Flynn himself. ------------------------------------ Tohru scowled slightly upon noticing that Alice was staring at Alex, tightening his grip on the child a little protectively. He wouldn't believe it: He refused to believe that Alex had something to do with this mess. "We'll have to clear this area before anyone can use it," Tohru said, thinking over his plan of action. He wasn't about to put Alex on the ground, fearful of what might happen if the boy were to accidentally wake up. That and, judging from the death grip Alex had on his shirt, it wouldn't be possible any time soon. Estelle was ailing an injured girl (and he wouldn't have asked the Princess of a foreign land to help even if she offered it herself), and Raven had an injured leg. He looked at his golem, steeling himself with a soft sigh as he walked over to it, placing a hand against it before it came back to life, green eyes seeming to glow in the dark. The foreign Knight carefully placed Alex in its arms before summoning his boomerang, taking it over to Raven and impaling it into the ground. "Lean against this," he said to the older male before looking back at the Inn. Judging from the debris and rubble, there wasn't any doubt in his mind that these buildings were all pretty much composed of stone. That shouldn't be too difficult. Taking a deep breath, and knowing, deep down inside, this was going to somehow get back at him, Tohru clapped his hands together once, magic hovering in the air at his feet as slowly, one by one, debris started to slowly shift aside, the only physical thing hinting at what was moving them being the gentle, golden glow surrounding each piece.

Razulen listened to the kind words of the others, and smiled lightly. Well, at least she could feel more at ease with the fact that these were nice people. She still didn't like the thought of Luria joining the Knights, but she couldn't change Luria's mind. At least, she thought she couldn't. She watched as Luria stood on her own, and said she loved her. Her eyes teared up a little, as she sniffled. It was honestly one of the most heartwarming things she had ever heard in her life. Those simple little words. She blinked a bit, when the young Knight began talking to her. She wiped her eyes a little with the back of her hand, and smiled a little.
"My name is Razulen. It's a pleasure to meet you, Sir."

Vera gave him a slightly concerned look. Something so out of character for her that it was only natural for anyone who knew her to be concerned about why she would do such a thing. It was evident, even she wasn't playing games this time 'round.
"Just follow me."
______________________________________________
"Razulen, I see. Thank you for coming here then. Though I doubt it were your intentions, as it wasn't our own, but this town needs some help." Flynn gave a grave expression, which was normal for one who had seen such acts before who had now had to witness them again.
"Iris, a knight just out of her training, is the only other active Imperial member of the party we are traveling with."
Iris raised a hand in salute, though it was obvious from her lack of real posture that it was in complete sarcasm.
"Luria... Are you sure you don't want to try a better weapon for your strengths?" he asked. She shook her head, and put a hand to her belt where the sword was.
"I want to at least give this a try before I give up. Just like I joined the knights to get answers about where I came from, I want to learn to defend myself by trying everything until I find one that suits me."
Well, that was a bold statement for her to make. Anyway, she wasn't even in uniform yet. She was wearing some mix of clothing she got in Aspio, which to be honest, really brought out her feminity and made her stand out as not a replica. Though that wasn't the intention upon purchase, that is what she now considered this style. She'd keep it, no matter what, just to say she doesn't look like a clone.
"Admirable for one so young. You've been raised properly." Flynn nodded, and he briefly caught glimpse of Vera coming into view with Yuri.
"Lovely..."
"Well, here she is." Vera pointed toward Luria, who was clearly holding an Imperial set of armaments, and looked to be struggling with them.
"She's grown so much in three days. She started looking for us. That is, her family. And she figured she could get out more safely with the knights at her side I guess."
Vera sighed, knowing the reaction Yuri would give would not be pretty.
"Don't think of her as a replica, okay? She's an individual just like we are. And I owe her big time for how I treated her already."
Luria gave Vera a look, and her expression went blank.
"M-mom... This is..."
"Yes."
"I'm a replica of..."
"Yes, Luria."
"... I..." Luria was in the same frozen position she was in beforehand. She fell backward, into Razulen(Hopefully) and managed to stay on her feet thanks to her.
Vera was trying to bring about a bond between them that neither of them really anticipated, especially considering the two would probably never have met otherwise.

When Tohru scowled, Alice backed further away. What was he doing? He was guarding the boy -- why would he do that? He destroyed Nor Harbor! Her golden eyes were still wide in shock, still set on the same area when Tohru summoned his golem to protect Alex. "H-He destroyed.... he destroyed the town..." She mumbled quietly to herself, her voice choked. His name was Alex? That name, it was so familiar to her!
This was all just now registering in her head. Why couldn't she stop shaking? Estelle set the child down, letting her sit and decide what to do for herself. She headed over to Alice, patting her gently on the head. "What's wrong?" She hadn't heard what Alice had said. ".... Alex...." "Alex?" No matter what Estelle did or said, the girl only mumbled to herself. She didn't even notice she was there.

Yuri hadn't expected the concerned look Vera gave him. He'd half expected her to just shrug it off, but no. Regardless of the reaction, he followed after her, admittedly curious to know what it was she wanted to show him, though a gut instinct from within seemed to be saying otherwise. Whether it was from the gore he'd just witnessed or something else entirely, Yuri didn't realize it until coming upon the group before them. Flynn, Iris, a weird dragon-like girl, and another girl in armour, prepared to start sparring with the Commandant himself. He didn't need Vera's introduction to know who the girl was and nor did he need an explanarian of what was going on. Ebony-black eyes narrowed slightly at the sight of her, the way she reacted... honestly, it was a bit too weird for his tastes, seeing a female version of himself. And she was becoming a Knight, of all things... "Is this someone's idea of a sick joke?" he asked of no one in particular, knuckles almost white with how tight he was gripping Torrent. And little did anyone know, the weapon in question seemed to be pulsing, almost growing even. "So you're gonna mold her into a puppet now? Is that what you wanted? You're that desperate for Knights?!" He couldn't explain the rage building up inside him, only figuring this was him taking out his earlier feelings of fear and panic. Still, he knew he was going to end up starting an argument for no-good reason. No matter what his reasons, he really couldn't stop Flynn from accepting new Knights, now, could he? ----------------------------- "He didn't destroy this town!"Tohru surprised even himself by his yell, rounding on Alice, all concentration of movin the rubble forgotten. He clenched his fists, grit his teeth, as he watched the girl. She knew Alex from he could tell, but the way she was acting... "He would never do something like this. Not consciously. Someone had been brainwashing him earlier... "What was he to do? Alex was broken, damaged. His memories were all a jumbled up and in a mess, floating in oblivion while he contemplated what to do. His memories... all those precious memories that his brother had were gone with no way of coming back. "He wouldn't... the very thought of doing this would kill him inside... "

Razulen listened to what Flynn had to say, and she nodded immediately. "I'll give a hand to anything you need me to do. I'm pretty strong, so if you need me to lift debris, carry anything, or build things, let me know." The thing was, this was pretty much true. Thanks to her not being human, she was typically stronger then most people around her. She also didn't mind helping, because this town was indeed a disaster area. With only two knights, and possibly a few other people, things wouldn't get done as soon as necessary. Razulen glanced at Luria, noticing her struggling with her weapon. Her response to Flynn's comment surprised her a little. Granted, she couldn't say anything on the matter. She herself had never wielded a weapon, and she never planned to. She was about to ask something of Flynn, when that woman Vera came back with Yuri. Her comments, were on the fence with Raz. She still wasn't comfortable with this woman all that much. She blinked a bit as Luria fell back into her arms. While she was glad to hold her again, she wondered if the girl would ever develop past her 'weak knees'. It was at that moment though, that what Yuri said sent a wave of anger through her. She took a moment to close her eyes, sighing lightly. Helping Luria to stand on her own, she opened them and made her way over to Yuri. In a swift movement, she slapped him across the face as hard as she could. With that, she left, saying but two things:
"Watch your tongue, Yuri Lowell."
"Flynn, I am going to see who I can help around here. I'll be back soon."
With that, she was off. She was leaving Luria, yes, but she was leaving her in good hands. She was a bit torn up about it, but she could definitely trust her with Flynn more then Yuri. Despite her dislike for the knights, Yuri just hit the wrong buttons with her. She needed some time, herself, to cool down and mull things over. Too much was happening too fast, and she needed something to take her mind off of it.

Kaufman stood up for a second, looking to the side, spotting Yuri and walking over to him. " Well If it isn't Yuri Lowell.... " She said. " What are you doing in a place like this? " She asked, wondering why exactly Yuri would be walking around in a town crawling with dead bodies. She then watched as a girl next to him slapped him across the face, a bit confused on what was going on.
- - - -
" . . . " Raven sighed, still sitting against the wall. He yawned, before even hearing anything anyone said, his whole body tilted sideways, falling over, and falling asleep.
- - - -
Karol looked at Yuri and watched as Razulen slapped him, both him and Lloyd watching. Karol then heard a familiar voice, a surprised look on his face. " K- Kaufman?! " He looked at her. " What are you doing in a place like this? " She had asked Yuri. A better question would be, what was SHE doing here?
Lloyd looked around, confused about almost everything that was happening... He looked away, looking at all the rubble and bodies laying all over the place. All of them were... dead...? ' What the hell happened here?! ' He thought, clenching his fists.

The yell, it scared Alice out of her thoughts. Gold eyes wandered to Tohru, and her brows furrowed in realization of what he had said, her expression showing the deep confusion that she felt. "I know, " She was just in so much shock before, she wasn't thinking, "I know he wouldn't... that's not like Alex at all." But then what would make him destroy the town? That was what struck her as odd. She bit down on her lower lip, "But it was clearly his body.. " She was trying to take it all in slow, because she was still not over what had happened before, how could she be? The destruction had occurred right in front of her.
"You said someone brainwashed him?" It made a lot more sense that way. Alex didn't seem like the sort of person who would destroy a whole town like this. "...Tohru," That was what that pinkette called him before, right? "Could you please tell me what exactly happened to Alex...? " She needed to know. She didn't want to believe at all that this could be Alex's fault.
Estelle watched as Alice and Tohru conversed. Alice was yelled at, but Tohru calmed down a notch as he explained how Alex would never do such a thing. She decided it wasn't her place to get involved, and turned her attention to what was happening with Yuri, Flynn and the others. He appeared to be so frustrated for some reason. She walked over to them, frowning slightly at what she heard. " Yuri ..." Her eyes went from him, to Razulen, who told him to hold his tongue. "I don't believe that will help with his anger..." She reminded the woman, brows furrowed, she knew it was a bit improper to speak such a way to someone she didn't know so much, but it was the truth. "Yuri, please, calm down." If she knew that Torrent had been pulsing, she would be panicking. Just how was it Yuri always got into trouble? "Perhaps... perhaps it is what Luria wishes to do.. she may learn to enjoy working with the Imperial Knights," She bowed her head, "I know it may be frustrating for you to do so, but Yuri, may you put your trust into the Imperial Knights just for Luria...? I don't think she needs to see us all fighting. It will frighten her.."

Razulen left her. She felt weaker without the woman there, both in morale and physically. But, this man, this... JERK, was her genetic duplicate? Or rather, she was his? Was she destined to be a jerk too? So many questions she knew she wouldn't get answers to, and so many times she would try and fail to ask them.
Flynn halted Yuri best he could.
"The story I was given is that she left her caretaker without notice, disregarded all the rules she knew, and set off on her own in order to find out more about where she came from, chasing only the memory of the sight of Vera, and the name Yuri." he looked from her to Yuri briefly.
"She's doing this for herself because it's the path she chose. That sounds an awful lot like someone I know."
"It's true," Luria finally managed to speak up, "I left the only place I felt safe to find out where I came from. I chose this myself. I signed up myself. If there's another way of doing things, I haven't seen it yet. There's so much about this world I need to learn... And I felt I could do so best on a pilgrimage as a knight, where I was obligated to go to bigger, more full cities."
Vera sighed, feeling the guilt wash away from her. She was feeling better finally having the two meet.
"Can we get a ceasefire here?"
Iris grouped near Vera, as she often would do, and shrugged.
"Didja get the presents made?" she asked. Vera nodded.

Yuri bit his tongue, suddenly feeling bad. He'd had no right to take it out on Flynn and Luria, given they really weren't doing anything wrong. His grip on Torrent loosened, his gaze focused on the ground, and the demon sword slowly retracted from its attempt at whatever it is it had tried to do. Was he mad at the Knights or the path that Luria was following? Heh. Even if he wasn't going to take her as his clone, she still had some part of him inside her, whether intentional or not. "Whatever... " He looked up upon hearing his name, staring blankly before he quickly recognized the form of Kaufman, a small, almost forced, chuckle escaping him. "I could almost ask you the same thing, Madam President." He folded his arms, bangs temporarily covering his eyes before he looked back up, more specifically at Flynn. Would he apologize? Perhaps later, as unlikely as it was. He just didn't apologize often. "You need to check out the Magistrate's Place," he said. "Most of the town's Knights are there." He looked at Luria and Estelle, resisting a grimace. "You two go to the Inn or something." They didn't need to see that bloodbath. No one did. ------------------------------------------------------ "I... "What could he tell her? Tohru himself didn't have any answers. All the answers were locked up in Alex's own mind, and getting them out wasn't going to happen anytime soon, of that he was sure. "... I don't know. I'm sorry."Without willing to offer another word, Tohru turned away from Alice, going back to the rubble that was the inn. Once again, a faint glow was around the rocks and stone, the things moving once again as he directed them into something of a neat pile. Slowly the furniture and shape of the inn was being revealed, from the innkeeper's counter to the small lobby guests stayed in. What caught his eye, however, was the hand he caught sight of. Eyes widening, Tohru immediately ran into the rubble, towards the person as he more hurriedly focused on the pile of rocks on top of them, revealing the individual to be a young girl. Brunette, probably only around fourteen, yet clearly a craftsman. "Hey!" he called, lifting her up in his arms, lightly tapping her cheeks to somehow wake her up. Then he saw it. The miner's belt. To any ordinary person, it would have just seemed like a strange ornament with no meaning, but to Tohru, it instantly clicked. There, on the belt, was the ever-clear symbol of Yaluria. Alex and I aren't the only one's here... ?!

[[ hate this post. ]]
The frustration really was getting to her; not knowing who had truly done this, someone had to have framed Alex. Tohru said he was brainwashed, and Alice wanted to believe that with all her heart. But the question was, when could she get the truth. She took in a deep breath, and closed her eyes for a few moments. She had to calm down; getting upset wouldn't change a thing.
"It's alright, Tohru.." She said softly, a weak, forced smile on her lips. She watched as he used magic to move the rubble in a light of sorts, truly amazed. Honestly, she hadn't seen much magic like it in a long while. She had followed Tohru, still thinking of a way to apologize to Tohru for accusing Alex. But while scanning the area, she, as Tohru had, spotted the hand. When she was cleared out of the rubble, Alice rushed over to her. She was still weak from healing many other survivors, so it was more of a stumble. She knelt down next to her body, looking over her. " I-Is anything broken?" Sadly, the woman was unconscious. It scared her even more.
----
Estelle frowned slightly, luckily, Yuri had toned down his bitterness towards the Knights. But even then, he seemed to hold the anger within him. She could see it in his eyes. "But... Yuri.." She wished to go where they all went, but, no, what if something happened? Luria didn't need to see any violence at her age. Her brows furrowed. "Alright... I'll stay with Luria at the Inn... but please, be careful."

Raine wasn't quite sure how to describe the events that followed. They flipped from one side of the coin to the other before she had a chance to even reply to Razulen. Both back in Aspio and from when she suddenly rushed off, leaving them to the view of...
"A massacre," Raine provided to Lloyd, though a simple glance around the area could give the same answer.
Buildings were caving in on themselves, if they weren't already completely flattened. And bodies were scattered haphazardly, either on the ground or in a crude grave of rubble. "Though, the better question is rather who or what did this," she went on, trying to keep calm. Raine wasn't made of stone, no, but she also knew letting a sight--even one as horrific as this--wouldn't do anyone any good. She'd keep strong, even if it meant she was hard. That was just who she was.
"But I suppose there's no point in speculating."
Even if her own question still taunted her. Could this be the cause of a war, or some sort? No one person could do this by themselves, surely. She shook her head. "So that leaves us with two options," she said, addressing Lloyd and the two others that were brought along for the ride. "To search for Razulen, or for any potential survivors. Unless anyone has other suggestions."

S a r i a && S y n c Saria was completely ready to answer the girl about not being from around here as she looked over at the two who she had walked away from. She was just short when she said something strange, and was whisked into the air on back of what appeared to be a dragon. Both her and Sync looked down over the area is confusion, and Saria had to use all in her to not cling to Sync for her life. They always found ways to make friends with the oddest people. When they got down to a new area, they seemed to have landed in the middle of a complete mess. And once there, the new friend had simply apologized and ran off to find someone else. The blonde began to freak a bit when she had finally realized she was no longer in the town they were originally in. Saria was almost upset she couldn't get the documents any longer, but was more relieved she did not have to deal with it now.
"Well, looks like whatever it is you guys are doing we're mixed up in now," Sync stated, not seeming to mind, but more just stating the facts, sounding rather blunt. Saria shook her head at him and walked closer to Raine and Lloyd. Both of their faces seemed to familiar, yet she didn't want to say anything since she had been thinking this about almost everyone. Pushing these thoughts aside she came over and nodded.
"I'm a bit worried about Razulen.. being that she is a new friend and all. And in a mess like this survivors are important. Perhaps we should split up and do both? Or even look for both, you know?" Saria said, seeming like the wished to do both. She wanted to find Razulen most importantly.. But events like this reminded her way too much of her Maiden days. And she felt like it was the least she could do but help out as many people as she could, "My name is Saria Laurent, and that's my buddy Sync," She said with a smile, forced on from the events going on.

Kaufman crossed her arms. " I just stopped to bring her by. " She said, pointing at her ship, the Nopeasti. " So... Is the Fiertia doing alright? " She asked, she knew Blastia were gone now, but they were replaced with Mana, which didn't hurt the world ,as Blastia did.
- - - - Lloyd looked at everyone, then towards Raine. " What kind of person would to something like this?! " He yelled. " It just like what happened in Iselia.... " He whispered to himself. It was a bit like what had happened in Iselia. Although it was a bit different, nobody died in Iselia, numerous people died here... He tightened his fists, but let go when Rain spoke. " I'll go look for survivors. " She said, beginning to walk off. It was easy for Lloyd to make a decision. Look for a completely healthy girl, or look for people that could have been injured badly? Obviously he would choose to help.
- - - -
Karol looked at Razulen as she left, then looking at Yuri and Kaufman. " Yur-- " He was about to join the conversation when his bag leaned on his shoulder hurting his arm, and causing it to start bleeding some more. " U-um.... I'll be in the inn! " He said, not really wanting to tell anyone that he got hurt. He moved his bag to his other shoulder, running towards the inn, as he made his way in.

Ren closed her eyes as Estelle held her, tears rolling down her eyes, as she began crying. Though she soon fell asleep, scared to death.

S a r i a && S y n c Saria looked over the area as Lloyd began to yell about who could do something like this. Something in her heart sunk. She would have done something like this.. She DID do things just like this. Of course it was the Maiden using her body, but Saria still counted every one of those things as her own accord. She closed her eyes tightly and when Lloyd began to walk off the find survivors, she stepped forward, "I-I'll help you look for survivors.. if you don't mind. I'm really very worried about Raz, but I feel she can hold her own much better than innocent people," Saria explained, walking over towards Lloyd. She hoped that he did not mind, or wasn't really the type to want to work alone.
Sync on the other hand watched as Saria an off and shook his head. He knew her motives for wanting to help so bad.. She felt like it was all that she could do after all the chaos she caused as the Maiden. He just didn't understand why she thought this. None of it was her fault, yet she had this massive guilt looming over her that Sync was afraid would crack her and bring her down one day. Knowing she would be find on her own, especially with another fighter, he turned back to look at Raine, "If we just want to look for survivors I'm fine with that, but we could also try to find Razulen as you proposed earlier" He stated, figuring someone might as well go off and try to find the girl.
