[ Yeah... Estelle can't do much... e __e ]
Estelle's eyes widened when burning debris of the building propelled with fireballs landed on Iris, not only burning her, but crushing her beneath the rubble. "A-Are you ok?!" Casting first aid almost continuously, over and over, She pouted. She really had no artes to cast the rubble aside. Did anyone have any wind artes? She had Sylph, but... the winds could become too powerful if it were a summon spirit.

Lloyd sighed, looking at the dead body, but turned around when somebody asked if anyone in the group could craft charmed pendants. " I... " He said, trying to forget about the little girl being killed. But he couldn't. It made him hate Skade even more then he did before. But he knew he couldn't kill him alone, and he would be the one to die next if he attacked him up close. He was now far behind him. " Demon Fang! " He yelled, the attack sneaking up behind Skade. - - -
Raven woke up, looking around. He yawned and got up, limping away as he saw fire coming towards the inn. " The fire's starting to make it over here. " He said, why was there a fire? Was there a battle going on outside?
Karol looked at Alice. " Uaah! We have to hurry out, c'mon! " He yelled, beginning to run out of the inn with Raven next to him.

The Golem, as per Alice's request, nodded slowly as it waited for the human girl to wake up who she needed to wake up. Its eyes slowly fell on the only other Yalurian there, however, as she began to stir, its green eyes examining her. ------------------------------------- A diamond? Diamond... Tohru glanced around the area briefly, catching his boomerang as it came back to him. There really were no materials to just up and make a diamond around the area, and he hadn't ever really attempted such a thing before. He knew the technique, had read about it in a book, and he was... technically one of the youngest Captains the Black Knights had ever had. Taking a deep breath, the foreign Knight dared to lower his stance, allowing his boomerang to vanish. "I can try," he said, already beginning to gather a stone to work with. He was molding it, reconstructing its very atoms, a very difficult technique in Yaluria. "However, it will take some time. For the time being, it would probably be best to leave Yuri to keep Skade occupied."Just a glance at the possessed swordsman was enough to tell them that Yuri's attacks weren't going to let up anytime soon, and Torrent's control was getting stronger.

Razulen watched as Skade killed off a young girl with the redirected Indignation. She winced heavily, the act just downright evil to her. Why would anyone even do something like that? She just couldn't understand the thought process behind such an act. That wasn't the worst of it, though. On top of this monstrosity, there was the chance that Yuri Lowell was going to turn on them...due to some thing she had never heard of. Everyone was trying their best to support the group and deal with Skade, but the thing was just toying with them. She could tell it just from the damned things voice. It was enjoying this fight.
When Skade sent the debris from the exploding building in all directions, Razulen instead steadied herself. The aura around her glowed brighter, as the fire and glass struck her head on. Granted, it didn't do as much damage as one would suspect. As she was hit, her wings began to change. The white on her white and black feathers shifted to glowing a deep red. Once the debris storm had passed, she coughed heavily. The dust still mixed in the glass and fire made it difficult to breath for a few moments. She took her hands, and placed them upon her own shoulders.
"Physical Gain."
The feathers that were glowing red, suddenly turned white, as the wounds Razulen had began to heal. It was at this point that Flynn asked her if she had any ideas on how to distract Skade. She remembered he could redirect any 'magic' thrown at him. Fortunately, though, Razulen didn't specialize in magic spells. The Artes she used functioned off of kinetic force and life force, or as most would call it now, 'mana'. It was all just forces and energies turned into a weapon for her to use. Even so, she didn't have to wait for Skade to act.
"Have the Spellcasters hit me with a few lower level offensive spells. Trust me on this one, I have an idea!"

So, this... man was Skade? Although, the term 'man' seemed to be used rather loosely. He didn't look like one, nor appear to fight like one. But that was all semantics right now. "I quite agree!" she nodded at Saria, facing the chaos at hand.
There was so much going on at once. People running about, attacking and yelling at each other in oder to keep each other alive. Though, already there were a few deaths, including one her own student tried to stop. And then, anger overtook him. "Lloyd, no!" she tried to warn him. This man was obviously as dangerous Abyssion, a man they had met once on their journey, so why was he running towards him?!
Not that she had much of a chance to see the outcome of that action, as suddenly debris was filling the air. "Force Field!" It guarded against most of the flying rubble, save for a piece of glass or two that reached her before the shield had been summoned. There was a cut on her cheek, bleeding crimson, but she ignored it. It was minor, in terms of what this battle might bring.
Just than, Razulen's voice reached her. Part of her didn't like the idea of casting any sort of spell, aside from healing, onto the girl, but... she seemed to have a plan, and their options weren't many, so.
A pure white glyph circled round Raine, as she held her staff forward. Not a minute passed before... "Light!" The die, and the spell, were cast. Hopefully, Photon would prove useful.

S a r i a && S y n c && E l o d i e && C e c i Saria watched as her spell came down over the area. It wasn't extremely powerful, but covered most of the battleground, aside from Skade of course. She felt a rush of energy and her muscles relaxed, sighing as she felt better all together. She hoped the rest of them who were hit by it felt it as well. Hearing Flynn, she scoffed slightly, charging a spell to increase her defense slightly, "That's why I said when things calm down!" She simply stated, gritting her teeth as she looked up at Skade. Just what was he? And why was he here.. messing with all of them and ending innocent lives? Just then she heard Razulen say she wanted to be hit by low offensive spells. Confused, she shook her head but began charging anyway.
"Raz, you better know what you're doing!" The blonde cried out, her aura glowing a light blue color. Within a couple of seconds her aura grew, and she held her staff into the air, "Blizzard!" She cried out, sending her ice-based attack at the girl. Just then she heard someone yelling, and when she turned around, she saw a familiar face running towards her- a look of distress on his face.
"Saria! Saria get out of here! You have to get out of here now!" Sync cried out, running over as fast as he could. Saria looked at him astonished, blinking in confusion.
"Sync I can't leave! These are my friends here! I have to help find a way to stop this man.. h-he's killing innocent people!" Saria argued, beginning to get a bit frantic. Sync threw his hands up to his head, seeming as if he was struggling with something.
"No. Saria. You need to leave. I'm taking you now," The boy said sternly, grabbing the blonde's wrist. She snatched her hand away quickly and scowled at the boy.
"Sync! Cut that out!" She cried in retort.
Just then Saria felt her body go numb. Her blood began cold in her body and her limbs prickled. She never felt like this before. Her chest began to sting, and when she placed her hand over it to comfort it, she realized it was in the exact same spot that Vinsent had punctured her with his sword those years ago. She began to panic, and frantically started looking around the area. Just then she noticed a woman walking into the area. Her piercing blue eyes stung into Saria, causing her to let out a sharp yell of pain. Sync ran up and held her gently, looking up and seeing just what it was he knew was about to come.
"Hello Saria.. you look well. It seems as though you always manage to find some trouble to get into.. even with me not around," The pale female said, her voice colder than ice. They followed from the girl who was practically trembling to the man that the entire battlefield seemed to be battling. She let out a soft chuckle and closed her eyes, "Skade is your name, hm? Such power.. you're not just an average human. I see.. No one here is capable of stopping you," She said simply, looking out at the ruins and the attempts to stop him.
"I can offer you all a relief of this man from his destruction," She spoke simply, a slow smirk growing over her lips.

[ sorry. I was busy... this post is a bit bad because its 3:39am... but please appreciate it? > <;; ]
The battle, everything, it was beginning to seem so impossible. Estelle panicked when she heard wincing, and glanced back to see Saria struggling. "is something wrong?!" She ran over, but her eyes widened, she noticed a blond woman with piercing blue eyes. ... Piercing blue eyes... why did that sound so familiar? Ah! The blue-eyed maiden! But why would she be here? Was it because of Saria? They seemed to almost mirror eachother! No, no, that couldn't be it. "D-Did you expect this to happen?" Estelle questioned Sync softly, before turning her gaze back to acknowledge the woman. But then again, some people who were treated as deity's didn't like to be stared in the eyes, sometimes, they liked it better when they seemed more superior, and said that 'people couldn't take a glance upon them'. Did the Maiden have any rules? She nervously moved her gaze again, afraid to know the answer. Why did so many powerful people keep showing up in one place?!
----
Alice watched as the green eyes of the golem glowed, smiling. It seemed to hear her words, good. She turned to the Yalurian, "I need to ask you to follow us. It would be best to get out of this town... it's just burning..." Raven and Karol seemed ready to go already. "Does anyone need any help? We need to be quick." If anyone had wounds or broken bones she didn't know about that would keep her from walking, she would need to know. It seemed they were already down one person, since that little girl had gone alone, and got murdered by Skade. She swallowed back her tears, forcing a smile. She couldn't be afraid now. She had to help her allies out of her.

Things just kept right on coming. Saria this time seemed panicked. From the look of things, this would become very complicated very quickly. Whoever this new girl was, she carried herself with very high confidence in her abilities. Iris was unnerved, but also very confident that this woman was speaking the truth. That she COULD help them.
And boy, would that be useful. This was about the time Flynn sank into 'bullet time'. Everything slowed down, and his senses became enhanced. A natural human reaction to having too much happening too fast, and one he had experienced many times in his days. The battle made more sense now to him; what didn't make sense was that Iris got up and started charging at Skade, holding the poisoned blade. She was thrown into the building they were near, he had almost forgotten.
Skade, considering her not a threat at all, had his attention focused entirely on this new woman. She was indeed powerful, but, could she handle the power of a slayer of heavenly bodies?
Well, probably, considering everything else. Everything else being his previous battle, and now Iris leaping onto his back. She slit his shoulder armor open and it started to corrode, following up to his head, temporarily revealing an innocent, young man's face.
"Whatever ya gotta do, do it now!" she shouted. She was restraining him by holding his neck with her bionic arm, and forced the poison blade down further, which removed all the armor on his left arm.
Flynn snapped out of bullet-time and what Iris planned to do had sunk in.
"No! We can't take him out with you on him like that!" he knew, without a doubt, what she was planning to do.
Iris gave a smile to them. Her voice seemed to be breaking a little.
"Look at me, Flynn. I'm missing an arm, I can't form a rational thought without the voices in my head telling me it's wrong..." she raised her bionic arm and punched him hard in the chest, denting his armor but not enough to get to the eye concealed within it. "So just take me out too! We don't have time for negotiations!"
"Dammit..." Flynn seriously could not bring himself to accept it. If only Yuri were conscious enough, he would be the better one for this choice. No, he couldn't do it. And what's worse, Saria and her companion were panicking over the arrival of the new woman, who seemed to be offering them help. Whatever was happening, he had to rely on the plans his group had before he trusted some stranger that seemed to be scaring Saria.
Iris, on the other hand, was readily accepting of any plans.
"Hurry up and finish him!" she yelled to the Maiden.
Of course, the maiden would surely sense that he could not die. She would need to simply seal him away somewhere. And, well, Iris had offered to be a sacrifice if it meant getting Skade out of the picture.
Put two and two together, and miss Elodie would realize there is only one way to end this.

Tohru was honestly, truly glad when the diamond was finally finished, feeling the last of his energy draining him. Gripped the precious stone tight, he leaned against his boomerang to stay standing, but it was quickly a losing battle. Falling to his knees, the Yalurian Knight cursed swiftly under his breath. He didn't have the energy to call out at this point, but he had to stay awake. Somehow, someway... otherwise, the golem with Alex would fail. A scan of the area revealed more people, more strangers, but he couldn't focus at all. Whatever was going on no longer applied to him: Tohru was out of the fight. With a last-ditch effort, setting the diamond aside, the Yalurian Knight called on the Earth once more, trying to focus so he could time his attack right. Torrent had already claimed most of Yuri's arm, and he wondered if the other male could even hear them at this point. Through sheer luck he was able to strike at the right moment, Earthen hands shooting out and grabbing the long-haired swordsman, halting his movements. Naturally Yuri wasn't happy with this, a yell of rage escaping him as he struggled with his new prison. "Do... what needs to... be done," he murmured, not nearly loud enough for anyone else to hear him unless they were in the same area. ------------------------------------------------ The Golem's eyes began to flicker, their normally-bright green vanishing and the Earthen fiend falling to its knees with a rumble. Its last act was of shifting its hold on Alex, ensuring that the young boy was safe. It could no longer move without some kind of power pumped into it.

S a r i a && S y n c && E l o d i e && C e c i Saria hated feeling like this. She never realized just how weak she was with her body being split from the Maiden. Her entire stomach ached from the memories of having her partners having to attack her with the intent to kill. Here she had thought that the Maiden was gone for good. Sure, somewhere in the back of her mind she believed there was a chance she survived just as she had, but she never showed up. Why now? Why now did she decide she had to make a comeback.. and why was she offering to help them? Hearing Estelle, she began to pull herself together, ignoring the fact that her stomach stung like a sword was piercing through it.
"I-I'm sorry I don't know what happened. M-my scar," Saria said in a small voice, making Sync look down to her stomach and frown. It was a scary memory, when Vinsent was the only one who listened to Saria's cries to kill her.. Everyone thought she was done there.. His eyes widened as she began to help herself up and put on a strong front. He was beginning to know this girl too well. Looking to Estelle he sighed.
"Expect this? No.. But I did sense the deity's power.. It's something I got used to a couple years ago," Sync stated, looking up to the female making promises to the group. Just what was she up to?
Just then one of the girls on the field launched herself across the battle. She made her way right at Skade and jumped on his back. Saria watched the entire scene play out before her. A girl who felt herself useless. A girl who found herself to have the only use as to be sacrificed to save everyone else. A girl.. who reminded her much of herself, "No..." The blonde whispered to herself. How could she do that? Saria didn't even know the girl yet her eyes began to tear up.
"Interesting.. You would give your life to put away this man who jeopardizes the lives of those around you? You have a lot more understanding and morals than those of your kind.." Elodie spoke, looking as the scene began to play out. The girl was practically demanding for her to do what she needed to end the man. Her face was solemn, and slowly a small smile came to her face.. something that seemed so wrong across her pale complexion., "In that case," She said simply, vanishing from her spot on the ground and appearing in the air, right beside Skade and Irs. Saria launched herself out towards the three.
"No! Elodie! S-" She began as she ran towards the two when out of no where she was grabbed, cloth wrapping around her wrists and ankles. Looking around she saw what seemed to be a puppet of a rabbit, with it's limbs outstretched and holding her back. A girl with light hair and bright purple eyes stepped in her way.
"Not so fast, little Miss~! I need you to stay right here.." She said in a rather cheery tone, winking at the blonde, "Name's Ceci, it's great to finally meet Elodie's little host body~" She chimed. Saria tried to resist the restraints to no avail. She was stuck, only fourty feet away it seemed, to watch Elodie end a girl's innocent life.
"One heart can rest where another lays vacant.. Two souls become one under one body. None shall perish, but a new life shall be reborn," The woman spoke in a cold, drone voice. Her arm outstretched right to where Iris and Skade met. In a flash of light, the area became momentarily blinded.
"Elodie!" Saria cried as the light blinded her. By the time her eyes adjusted and she could see again, Elodie was floating back down from the air, and where the man once stood.. was the girl.

Whatever had happened, Flynn was at a loss for words. Skade had vanished, and the knight he knew so well was nowhere to be seen either. In her place was a matured looking, ten years older version of Iris. He couldn't be stunned now though, he had to stop Yuri. Rushing to the restrained man, he sliced a large amount of Torrent's wrapping that was dangling from Yuri's arm, and used it to tie off the diamond. It was crude, and poorly assembled... But it would do the trick. He immediately placed it over Yuri, who would feel a release instantly from the grasp of the weapon. Iris stood, astonished and confused, at whatever had just happened. She was a nobody, a freak, and yet... She lived. But what was that incantation? Something about two becoming one? Yes, Skade was now a part of Iris. She had his power, though she knew it not yet. She was still contemplating her new body. The bionic arm, even, seemed to grow with her. It was... Unusual. "I'm alive?" The Yalurian girl saw Tohru collapse and her expression sank. The chaos unfolding came to a quick close, and it seemed all was finalized. Dusting herself off, she put a hand underneath her eyepatch to make sure it was still there. Thankfully, it was. "What... What on Earth happened here?" Flynn readied a fighting stance, in case Yuri hadn't snapped completely out of it yet. Iris, still confused, looked to her friend's body. Vera, the poor woman. "Why... Why did she have to die? She had no part in this, she was just an adventurer..." A sniffle came to her, followed by slow tears. The bright side was, at least it seemed, that her aer sickness was cured. Possibly due to Skade's presence. "That sword we made. It came in handy, after all." she smiled, brushing a tear away from her face. "I guess you won't get to do it, so I'll do it in your place." Iris stood, still unbalanced slightly from her little experience of growing an adult body, and made her way to the shield that was made in pair with the sword. She brought them to the group, and lay one before both Tohru and Flynn, respectively. "Vera and I... Made these for you two." Flynn picked up the shield, and he nodded. "I understand." She had made Flynn a new shield to replace the one that Tohru had used to make her arm, whereas she made Tohru a sword as something he could use instead of exhausting his energy to summon his other weapon constantly. She was thinking of them. Vera, too, was thinking of them. Iris approached the Maiden. "You... I don't know who you are, or what your reason for saving us was, but thank you." She realized something, then. She technically had to report an aer sickness a few minutes ago, before the fight. And, technically, she was discharged due to unsafe illness. "Looks like I'm out of a job with the knights... Are you looking for any help in what you do? I owe you a lot." Flynn had no idea she was talking to the Maiden, as his eyes still focused on Yuri. He couldn't let his guard down. The Yalurian girl, though... She directly refused orders and ran out front, dropping before Tohru, and opposite the sword. "I knew it! It is Tohru!" she seemed excited. "He needs medical help!"

As soon as the diamond was placed over his neck, Torrent released its grasp on Yuri. The energy drained from the former Knight, his form almost limp for a full minute before he was able to regain his bearings. His head, however, remained bowed, and his lips remained sealed tight. He was, for the most part, completely unaware of what happened during his enraged state. He knew exactly what the cause was, though, and he waited no longer to simply release the weapon from his grasp.
Tohru, seeing Yuri was no longer a threat, released the man from his prison, sighing in soft relief as he could finally drop his magic fully. His heart wrenched at Iris' pain, wishing there was even the slightest way he could somehow help her. All he could do, however, was nod as she offered him the sword, weakly taking and laying it at his side. He would end up molding, probably, if only because it wasn't much his style, but the thought alone was generous. And he had an idea on why she would want it.
Taking a deep breath, the Yalurian Captain was painstakingly slowly gaining some degree of strength back, noting the Yalurian girl from earlier now kneeling in front of him. It was almost funny, the way she knew him and was asking for help. "I'm fine, don't worry," he assured, shifting his position so he was in a more comfortable position. "I just need rest."
He was barely managing to register what was going on around him, onyx-black eyes narrowing as he saw the two blonds, from the one who had destroyed Skade to the one who was apparently an enemy of that very one. Jduging from the way Flynn had reacted earlier, though, this "Saria" was an ally, and one he'd fought alongside before.
And the other one?
An enemy... if the way things were playing out was any indication.

Alice Sukiema ¤ ¤ Estellise Heurassein [/IMG] 〖 ☼ Scion of Light 〗〖 ☾ Child of the Full Moon 〗 ════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
[[ // sorry for this post everyone... please keep in mind it was typed at 2am... :c // ]]
Estelle was relieved when the fight ended, but not completely calm. When you sat back and watched the scene with careful eyes, only one fact would hit real hard.
Skade was now part of Iris. Could that really work?
The pinkette frowned, trying to press the thought back. She shouldn't worry. She just had to make sure everyone was alright. She was the healer for this area, Alice was for the wounded in town. There was also Saria, but she seemed so startled, so uneasy, she didn't want to bother her to help. Everyone needed rest, and healing. But where? The town was on fire. Did they even have a tent?
❤ ❤ ❤
Alice's golden eyes widened in utter shock when the golem crashed to the ground like a empty corpse, her first action was confirming if Alex was alright. She scanned the area, and found him, having been protected by the golem at it's last movements. She moved him aside for a moment, seating him nearby Raven and Karol comfortably, and attempted casting light spells on the golem.
After many moments, seeing none worked, her brows furrowed in frustration. The town was beginning to burn more and more, the fire growing closer. The heat was becoming almost intolerable. She placed her hands on the center of the golem, it's core, and whispered a chant softly to herself. A glyph formed beneath the golem, and light began flickering at her fingertips. Soon, a large beam of light came down on the golem, all to the core (she only hoped this was where its energy source was held). It probably wouldn't work, and it wouldn't hurt it either; it was only light energy. It was her most powerful arte though, simply narrowed into one area. It was a smaller amount, but narrowing it took quite a bit of energy itself. She stumbled back a bit when she finished the spell, falling onto her bottom . The spell always tired her, since it was mostly her energy, her life force.
Great... and if the golem's dead I still have to carry Alex... Alice thought both nervously and uneasily. She crawled over to him, concern crossing her expression. I need to help him... it was a promise to Tohru to protect them all... She forced herself to get the energy to push herself to her feet. No, no... she could rest later. Also, she could always take energy from around her (after all, she was only a spirit attached to a body, she could consume other souls if she really wished to). She closed her eyes for a moment, and her figure seemed to glow, taking from her resources, the world around her; its mana source.
Finally, her golden eyes fluttered open, and the light around her dimmed. She still felt a bit disoriented. It wasn't always best to do such a thing, not always being healthy. " S-Sorry for the scene," Alice mumbled nervously, "let's get out of here..." She was growing tired of waiting to see if the golems eyes would flicker with its usual green light. Tohru... if only he told me what to do... Stupid golem needed to wake up! Was light its power source?
Alice took the young Alex into her arms, before looking to Karol and Raven. "Do either of you two need assistance?" They were up and going, but she still felt the need to ask. She wanted to make sure neither of them collapsed and blacked out like she almost had. Alice needed to make sure she was more careful, if she became too weak, the link her soul had to her body would sever. That's why she had to restore her energy, using the world's energy, mana.... or any, as long as it wouldn't hurt her. She wasn't going to die any time soon. But one day, all of this energy would return to the worlds.

S a r i a && S y n c && E l o d i e && C e c i At the sight of Iris still being alive, Saria was at a loss for words. Elodie.. although not having a heart.. she never killed those she saw potential or understanding in. Which was why she never actually killed the Crusaders back then. They were a group with a mission to end the Maiden, yet when finding out about Saria being the Maiden, still treated her as a friend. Elodie respected this, just as she had respect for Iris sacrificing herself for her friends.
Realizing she was still bound, the blonde looked back at the rabbit puppet and gave it a hard kick. It went flying, and the white-haired girl reacted violently, jumping in front of her, "What do you think you are doing?! I need you to stay here!" She cried out, running at the blonde.
Saria was beyond annoyed now. As the girl ran at her, she caught her arm in a tight grip, looking her deep into her bluish-purple eyes, "Get out of here before I kill you," Saria spoke softly. It wasn't something expected of Saria to say, and the female in her grasp pulled away and laughed.
"Oooh please. Like you have it in you to kill me. You're a big softee. You like people too much. Plus, without the Maiden inside of you anymore, you're just a basic elf with some magic attributes. You couldn't kill me if you ran at me with the intent to," She said in a sickly sweet voice, adding a small giggle at the end. Saria stared down the girl. How did she know all this about her? "Oh! Well that's because.. I'm psychic~! I foresaw myself working for Elodie.. and winning, so I joined her team. She doesn't talk a lot so I had to find things out on my own. But your mind.. so filled with emotions and thoughts.. you're easier than a picture book to read," The girl claimed. Saria lowered her head shamefully, making the girl grin. As she looked up however, she quickly pulled a bottle off from her belt and threw it on the ground, causing a puff of smoke that when breathed in would paralyze. Saria jumped out from the cloud as the girl coughed.
"Guess you didn't see that one coming~!" The blonde cried, winking at the girl who dropped to her knees. Jumping back, she met up with Sync once again who came running over to her, and together, headed straight for the Maiden.
Elodie, at this time, watched as Iris looked herself over. She couldn't have felt too drastic of a change, but in due time, she would start feeling all types of power rushing through her. Elodie looked deeply into the girls eyes as she drew closer, there was so much potential in this one. She placed a hand delicately onto the girl's face and the smallest hint of a smile crossed her expression.
"Young one.. you are the reason I saved you all. Would be a shame to have someone like yourself killed. I would very much be in need of your help.. My underlings Ceci and Lysander can aid you in how to help. I need you to stand aside now, as I am being attacked," Elodie spoke, using gentle magic to push the girl aside as Saria and Sync both ran at her. Turning the slightest bit to face them she raised her hand.
The same magic used on Iris she applied to Sync, though much more powerful as it blasted him back across the battlefield. Saria didn't stop yet, and once close enough, Elodie raised her arm again, stopping her in her tracks. A purple light illuminated around the blonde as she was lifted gently into the air; frozen in the orb of magic energy.
"It's time.. to disappear," Elodie spoke softly. At that Saria let out a loud cry. Every part of her body hurt, and her scar on her stomach began to burn as if someone was trying to pierce inside of her. Her scream lasted until the purple light dimmed down and she was dropped down onto the floor. Sync looked up as he picked himself off the ground and saw the blonde fall, "NO! SARIA!!"
With that Elodie let out a soft chuckle and vanished, leaving Saria curled up on the battlefield wreathing in pain.

What exactly was going on? Ceci? Lysander? Who were they?
Well... The girl who just fell to her knees seemed to be working for this Maiden, so maybe she was Ceci. Worth a shot after all. It was so nice to be able to make choices without voices clouding her judgment and leading her into disaster. She was her own person now, and it felt wonderful.
As she kneeled down by Ceci, she offered a hand.
"I guess I'll be joining your party. Come on, I'll help you up."
Flynn, dumbfounded by the events, was snapped into a state of thinking on his own so strongly that the only thing to shatter it was the ear piercing scream by Saria.
"What happened?!" he called to the green haired male, who appeared to be her traveling partner.
Jill made a relieved face when she saw Tohru was still semi-alert. It would be disastrous for him to die here, when she had no idea how to even get him back home. Or, for that matter, where home WAS.
"Good, you're alive."
Iris' attention was turned to Saria.
"So... Just so I'm clear, why are we fighting this little blonde? And, I don't have to fight my friends, right?"
