Kratos felt it was Yuan started to stir, a faint smile on his face as he carefully shifted his friend. "Sorry," he said, keeping his voice low. "We'll get you to an inn now." He hoped so, anyway. His own strength was beginning to fade.

[ So. Freaking. Small. But... I realized I was ignoring Colette. xD;; ]
Colette was still in Halure. The people around seemed to like her, and she grew comfortable with them as well. She heard familiar voices, moved from the place on the ground where she was seated, dusting herself off.
"... Kratos... Yuan..?"
But where were their voices coming from? She wandered around the town, her deep blue eyes scanning over the area. Maybe they would know where Lloyd was?!

' sorry 'said Kratos in a very careful and silent manner that his sensitive elven ears could stand, ' We'll get you to an inn now, ' it took Yuan quite a long time to process those words, but when he did process them, a slight grin crossed his lips. The others thought they had healed Yuan, but there was still blood inside of him; they had only fixed the outside of him, his skin, but hardly fixed the inside. He coughed slightly and blood seeped from his lower lip. He still felt like hell, but it was better than before for sure...
" Hello, " introduced a citizen of the town, he was wearing some sort of uniform, and he held a careful, worried expression, " I noticed you two collapse down here... We don't normally allow it, but for your circumstances we can allow you a free double room, " he offered nervously, then he waited for a comment from the auburn-haired man, aka Kratos.

S a r i a && S y n c && C e c i && L y s a n d e r Sync had finally made it out of the ruins or Nor safely, seeing that no harm had come to either him or Saria. He didn't know this town called Halure at all. In fact, this entire world was a mystery to him. Saria was barely conscious, but seemed to be in a much better state since that strange woman had healed her. Still having no help, Sync sighed and walked through the town with the small blonde in his arms, "What happened to the Crusaders huh? They always had each other's backs. I'm sorry Saria. I'm here for ya," Sync said, his voice sounding a bit emotionless, but meaning it all together. It wasn't like him to be so openly concerned and compassionate, but Saria didn't have anything or anyone at the moment. It was the least he could do for her.
"I should find you an Inn," He commented out loud, although he was aware that she probably couldn't hear him at the moment. He walked on, hoping to find someone who could help him.

Once in Halure, Ceci did not wish to speak any more about Elodie and the Deities until she found a safe place to stay. The last thing they needed was for the people in town to be aware of just who they were. Already they were getting enough stares due to her strange colored hair and eyes, and well, Iris' arm. And she knew things wouldn't be much better once they met up with Lysander. Finally reaching a store that seemed vacant, Ceci peeked in the window and saw a familiar face, and so she chuckled and entered.
Inside was a store that seemed to have sold basics. Gels, bottles, weak armor.. Ceci shook her head and looked over at the pale-skinned male sitting behind the counter with his feet raised up on the bar, "You better not have made a scene getting this place," Ceci said in a warning voice, knowing how dumb the boy could be. Faking a hurt face, the man moved his feet off and pouted.
"Oh Cecelia~ Your words hurt me you know. All I did was promise the man all his desires if he left town willingly. He seemed to buy it quite easily.." She said with a haughty chuckle. Ceci became flustered and stomped her foot.
"D-don't call me Cecelia! It's Ceci! Ugh, Iris, this is Lysander. The Maiden's "right hand man" as he likes to call himself," Ceci announced, seeming very annoyed.
"Charmed, mademoiselle~! What an addition to the team. I see.. great potential in you," He spoke, showing his teeth in a wide smile.

"This is Halure. My name's Gauche, and this is--" Before Droite could provide her own name, however, someone else arrived to the scene. A young girl, tugging at the cerulean-haired twin's skirt, causing her to simply blink.
It took her a minute to find her voice, lost as it was by what was just said. "Your sister?" she parroted. Then, something clicked into place, and her hand ghosted over her pocket where June's pendent was. "You don't mean June, do you?" First the wings, now a sister. It was just one thing after another these days.
Gauche sighed, deciding to let Droite deal with that little bundle of confusion at present. She didn't bother to state to the blue-haired man that no one was yelling, and accounted it for his sickly self. She knew their healing artes could only do so much; they still needed a doctor. "That's generous of you," she commented to the man that just showed up. Then, turning back to Droite (who was still wide-eyed and confused), said: "I'm going to try and find a doctor."
"Wha--?! Gauche!" Her cry went unheard, as the redhead was already headed deeper into the town.
Of course, she didn't have much luck in her search. It had been several months since her last visit here, and even that one had only been a short stay (though, it wasn't in any sense of the world a vacation). Needless to say, she was having trouble finding anything even remotely connected to a doctor. Frowning, she at last decided to pop into a nearby general store, in hopes that one of the locals would point her in the right direction.
There was a small jingle of a bell as she opened the door. "Does anyone happen to know where a doctor is?" she asked, soon taking note of the people inside as the question slipped from her mouth. A man and two women.

S a r i a && S y n c && C e c i && L y s a n d e r After searching the town for a while, Sync felt proud of himself when he found the Inn. People on the streets watched as he carried the slightly conscious girl, which only pissed off Sync more. At one point he turned to a group of children and said, "Oh yes, feel free to look at her, she's in a lot of pain. But don't worry, don't offer her help or anything" And scaring them off. He was becoming exhausted too, and just wanted his friend safe. Entering the building, he slammed money down for two rooms on the front desk. The lady quickly gave him two keys, a befuddled look on her face, and watched as he carried her up to her room.
Once he managed to unlock the door clumsily with Saria still in his arms, he went inside and laid her down on the bed. She shivered and quickly he pulled blankets over her. She opened her eyes slightly and smiled, raising a hand to Sync's face and patting his cheek softly, "You know.. you became a real softie since you fell in love. But work on your patience with children. I'm okay... I just need some rest. You'd do well with the same," Saria said in a light voice. She then closed her eyes and seemed to fall asleep. Sync simply shook his head at her and headed out of her room and to the main lobby.

As the two light haired individuals began to bicker away, a ring sounded that caused them both to shut up quickly. No one seemed to have planned what would happen if someone were to come in. Not a single one of them happened to look like they owned the store, and in fact, they all looked very suspicious. The two stood there in silence, looking to one another until Lysander stood to his feet with a gallant smile.
"Ahh, but you are in luck. For you see.. I am a doctor," The charming man said in a sly tone, just oozing with his suave expression. Ceci looked to him quickly with daring eyes.
"Lys! Don't!" She spoke so soft that only Iris and Lysander could hear. Lysander only laughed softly and took a step closer.
"Are you in need of attention, miss? You do not seem injured, but perhaps I can assist you in some other way?" Lysander stated, smiling a toothy smile that showed his perfect pearly white, "Ahh, I am only teasing. How can I help, young lady? She said, giving a look of sincerity. Ceci had to use every fiber of her being to resist smackign her forehead over his stupidity.

Iris followed Ceci into the store and was introduced. It seemed all too new to her, being on a side for a cause she knew little about. But, a debt was a debt, and her life now belonged with this group. And as it seemed, another familiar face was here. She shut it aside for a moment, not recalling who or when she had seen the woman.
"P-potential? I'm just a girl with a bionic arm. I'm no magic user or anything, just brute force."
She blushed a little, as the only compliments she usually got were from her late friend Vera. Just then, something clicked though. Something big. That girl... She was in the same fight circle as Iris when Skade attacked them outside Zaphias.
"I remember you... Are you okay? Is everyone okay? What became of the two girls traveling with you? I wish I could have done more, but I wasn't... Me, then."
She barely counted as her now.
At the same time, Heath picked up the little fox girl, and studied the animal ears that came from her. There was one directed way to tell if she was his daughter. He spun a strand of hair of hers, and the wind made it whistle a low, creepy tone.
"Huh. Only people from my mother's bloodline can do that." he said, putting her down.
"Hello then. I'm your father. And your sister is, well... She's off somewhere else, but she lost her necklace. We were bringing it to her."
The little one had a very confused look. Her father died before June was born, right. But, he did know the hair chime... And they both had fox parts. Like it or not, she had to believe and trust what she was seeing. Besides, she sensed the Kohma in him before she Entered the conversation.
"Big sister isn't here?" Althea asked quietly, looking between them. She used her disk again to try and track her, but it only tracked within three miles. She was just going to have to join then and find her sister.
"Okay... Can I come with you? I miss big sister."
There was never a tear to her eye, and no surprise was felt by either party. One who didn't know them or their world would be right in assuming chance meetings like this were very commonplace.

Seeing how there was more or less nothing they could do or say by this point, and Yuan's state was worrying him more and more by the second, he decided that he really had nothing to lose by taking the citizen's offer. "Thank you for your help," he said before addressing the twins, strange man, and little girl. "Thank you for your earlier help."
So with that, he followed the citizen to the inn, careful not to cause anymore harm to Yuan. It was difficult, especially since he doubted the other male should be moving so much. Even still, it was quite a blessing to get his elven friend into a bed. Closing the door once Yuan was settled, Kratos once again tried to summon out an arte, a small Fireball. This time it worked, and the thing appeared in his hand. He frowned slightly before dismissing it: perhaps it was his own weakened state.
Shaking his head, the auburn-haired man knelt by Yuan's side. Obviously, not everything had been healed. Mentally sighing, Kratos began channeling his arte, Healing Stream, drawing in the mana before a soft green glow surrounded Yuan. It was the best he could do.

It had gotten to the point where Yuan could barely comprehend what was going on even though he had good hearing and minimal vision left; it was like a deep fog in his brain that did not allow him to think, as if thinking would take up too much energy. Everything had been a blur to him, at least until Kratos cast a healing spell.
Then some life returned to him. His wound was healed, his internal bleeding was healed, now all that was left was a deep exhaustion from blood loss. But he was safe now. He analyzed their surroundings once again, realizing he was in a bed... So they were either in an inn or a doctor's room... Or something. Wait, why did he think "they"..? Kratos..! Oh right, he had forgotten for a moment what had happened. He had asked Kratos to go on ahead, and that he would act as a decoy. Unfortunately that didn't leave them unhurt. He looked around and saw his friend, " Are you alright? " He wasn't sure if he'd asked that question already.

Honestly, that had been one of the last questions he'd been expecting. Kratos chuckled, sitting on his own bed. Really... Yuan needed to care more about his own health. "I should be asking you that," he said. His shoulder had been healed earlier by the twins from earlier, so he was alright. "What were you thinking, pulling that kind of stunt? We might be angels, but we're not invincible."
It was reckless, though that was really just how Yuan acted. Always putting his friends' needs above his own. Shaking his head, Kratos took off the short cape on his shoulders, tossing it aside for now. It was a lot warmer here than he was used to.
... Wait...
He was... warm?

The half-elf could only grin at that comment, especially since he knew the sephraim was not actually mad about it. It had always been a given that Yuan would act that way, putting others before himself and that really never changed... So getting mad about it was completely pointless.
" Quiet, " he started, basically telling Kratos to shut up, " It only made sense to do that... You have a son that you still need to take care of, " he justified, with a semi-serious expression, " If something were going to happen to one of us, it would be me. "
He momentarily noticed that Kratos was taking off his cape. His precision and deduction was stellar as always, " I have noticed that in this world even our senses have returned to us... " he felt like it was a good thing, " In this place, We are just as living as they are."

He knew there was no talking Yuan out of his thought-process. At least, not know. Besides, how would he get to see Lloyd again on an entirely different world? And he'd already made the decision not to go and see him again.
Though the elf's observation wasn't incorrect. "It appears so," he said, shrugging lightly. He didn't really remember the last time he'd had some kind of human feeling. "It will be easier to blend in, that's for sure."
Still, though. Earlier, he had been unable to draw out his powers. Had something happened to his Cruxis Crystal? Or was something neutralizing the Aionis in his blood? Both things would be fatal to him, considering his past life as a human, so discovering the cause was important.
"Yuan, what have you learned about this world?" he asked, curious. His friend had been working with the researchers, after all, so he figured he must know something.

At first, obviously, unless you were directly looking at the sky you wouldn't have noticed it. Granted, as it got closer, more people would definitely notice it. Hurtling through the sky, heading straight down at the ground was something big. It didn't take long before the giant flying mass struck a ways outside of the little town of Halure. It made a sizable crater, and kicked up a massive dust cloud. When it settled, at the center of the destruction was a large cluster of green crystals. The one thing that would astonish anyone who found them, would be that none of the crystals were damaged. They were all in tact, and giving off an odd pulsing energy.
A ways away from the crash site, outside of the local Inn, the ground shook ever so slightly. A crystal peaked up out of the ground, and slowly a line of them creeped along the ground towards the Inn. Once reaching the wall, it climbed upwards at a steady pace. Once reaching the window, it slowly cut a hole to allow for it to continue further. It slowly made it's way down the wall, and across the floor of the very room Saria was trying to rest in. Once it reached another, windowless wall, a massive cluster of the crystals formed.
Slowly, the crystals peeled back as something began to form. It took a few moments, before a pure green head formed in the crystals. It was a softer, more feminine face. It glanced over at Saria for a moment, before slowly shifting forward. Slowly, an entire being was sprouting from these otherworldly crystals. Once a single leg formed, the being placed it on the floor. The pace of it's formation quickening. Once a full body had been made, hair slowly began to grow from it's head. As it did, it turned black, and from the neck up it's skin began to turn to a dark tanned color. It's eyes filled in with white and blue, making it look a little more normal. From the neck down it was pure green, slick, and slender like it wore a body suit.
Taking a few moments to examine Saria, the being stepped forward slowly.
"I sense...something powerful here. Am I in the presence of one of this worlds more sentient lifeforms?"

To say Gauche wasn't used to behavior like this man's would be a lie. Even at her age, she was familiar with flirtations. Still, she choose not to make much of a retort to the man. He was a doctor, after all, and she was in need of his assistance, strange though he may be. (That face...) But then again, she had met many strange people in her life whom had relatively mundane jobs, so. "No, I'm in perfect health," she said, subconsciously taking a centimeter of a step away from him, "two men just arrived in town with serious injuries, so I left to find a doctor, So, if you wouldn't mind hurrying," she urged, but then noticed one of the two women in the room.
Her face was familiar, but she couldn't place it. Perhaps it had only been a passing meeting? A moment later confirmed this when the woman spoke up. "You're the Knight from before." Now that she thought about it, she never had heard the girl's name before. There had been too much chaos to do so, not to mention they hadn't exactly been on the same sides.
"My sister is fine. Still the same as ever, but fine. As for June," she paused, briefly gnawing the inside of her cheek as she debated, "she died not long ago, unfortunately," the bomb was dropped nonchalantly and she made no mention of their new quest to revive June. Gauche was a keeper of secrets, it seemed.
Droite, meanwhile, could only find it in herself to nod as the two men made their way towards the Inn. "Oh, um! You're welcome!" she was still a little flabbergasted by what was happening.
Still, if one thing was clear, it had to be that Heath was trying to make a baseball team. Or something. Still, she wasn't sure how to feel about a... wait a second."Uh, how old are you anyway? It might be a little dangerous," she said, trying to deter the girl for a couple of reasons.
For starters, if Heath didn't want the girl to find out her sister was dead, then coming with them would only reveal that in time. Second of all, she looked young. Way too young for this sorta thing. Droite was often reckless, yes, but it wasn't like her to endanger a kid for the hell of it.

S a r i a && S y n c && C e c i && L y s a n d e r Saria stirred in her rest, having nightmares that had not consumed her mind for years. Dreams of towns on fire, not being able to help, but only watch from an aerial view. People ran on the ground below, looking at her in terror. What was going on? She couldn't move her body, just look through the eyes that were far above the town. Just then she heard a scream. A scream that sounded all too familiar to her. Her eyes looked over, and there she saw herself, getting burned by the fire.
The blonde awoke frightened, sitting up straight in her bed. Her body didn't seem to hurt anymore, and in fact, she felt better than ever. Was the Maiden's attack just to scare her? Perhaps a temporary paralyzer? Stretching, she looked around the room. That was right, Sync had brought her here to rest. She smiled to herself. The boy was such a sweetheart. She was about to move from the bed when suddenly she heard a voice speak. The blonde froze and her blood ran cold, slowly turning her head towards the being, Saria let out a quick scream and jumped back. Processing what the woman had said, she turned her head on the side slightly, pulling her blanket up over her defensively.
"Sentient lifeform...? D-do you mean me?" Saria asked the strange being out loud. She moved forward slightly, not feeling much of a threat from the being. 'Does she sense my connection with the Maiden? The blonde thought to herself, not sure what she could mean since she wasn't the Maiden any longer.
x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x
At this time, Sync was unaware of Saria's little visitor and still lounged in the main lobby of the Inn, sipping his tea and reading a paper that spoke of some of the occurrences and issues of the towns around them.

Ceci gave Iris a clap on the back, perhaps a little harder than one would do for a friendly gesture. She looked back at the girl with a grin and a wink, "Don't doubt yourself kiddo, when Lys sees potential in a person, he's usually right. Found me on the streets, and saw I was useful. Smartest move I've ever seen out of a stupid male," Ceci stated, sticking her tongue out playfully and catching a daring glare from Lysander before he turned back to the girl. Ceci looked between both her and Iris, seeing that they had met already, "Ooh, you know each other?" She asked out loud rhetorically, not really expecting an answer since it was already very clear.
Lysander looked the girl over once more, letting it be more than obvious that he was scanning her body. It was more in a complimenting way than a creepy way, but nonetheless he gave his sickly sweet smile that could chill one's bone. He could tell nothing was wrong with her and nodded, "Ahh I see, and you would like for me to assist these men, no? Where can I find these men? I will gladly help you out, ma'am," The man said with a cool tone in his voice, taking a step back seeing that she did so as well.
"The Inn," Ceci stated matter of factly, no being able to help seeing the two injured men the girl was talking about in the Inn. She then caught herself and shut up fast, catching the look that Lysander gave her. They both played it off cooly and she stuck her tongue out playfully. Laughing, she nodded, "I-Ignore me. I thought I saw two men headed into the Inn on my way here," She simply stated, shrugging as if she could have easily been wrong.
