Name: Ai
Age: 1
Race: Computer
Gender: Computerized female
Alliance: Dieties
Weapon(s): None
Artes: None
Home world: Future Neganite(1800 years after Nier)
Personality: Generally emotionless. A computer cannot feel, only do what it is programed to. In this case, that would be to find a way out of the computer. Her creators made her female, thinking she would be "personable" but this ended up a total failure, as she is just as emotionless as all other artificial intelligence before her. However, she does have one advantage; the creators left a line of data blank, creating a paradox that caused her to have rational, critical thought. This is the first step toward being "human", and she makes note to remind her group members regularly of it.
History: Created in the distant future of Neganite, and used as an experimental project to bond humanity to computers in order to attain immortality, Ai was often subject to vast computerized modifications. She was created to be very attractive, to further the idea of her humanity. The objective of her creation was to create life from data, which would tell scientists if such a feat was even possible. However, she failed the tests they put her under, regarding her as a failed experiment, and put her away in storage. There, she spent two months, until an unnamed thief barged in and stole her.
Hooking her up to his CPU, he downloaded all data of the experimental facility, discovering that they had been researching the weapons of the past. Torrent was one of those weapons, and, realizing it was(presumably) in the hands of June(Whom was still very much alive, and still very able bodied; she was part Sister extending her lifespan to excessive proportions), the thief gave up his efforts to learn about the facility and sold Ai on the black market. There, she was purchased by June herself, who found her to be a poor, unloved machine". She decided that there would be a better chance of the computer program getting attention in the past. However, Torrent was stolen some time ago. She could not send the computer back. Instead, she enlisted the help of Drey Mirroheart(How he was still alive is a mystery to us all) to build a new Soul Blade.
His age getting the better of him, it took him six months to craft it. He crafted for her a sophisticated looking set of hair clips that matched her computer generated clothing, stating "There's no room in this future for our old world weapons". He installed them to Ai, and she immediately received an order to use them to find a time and place in which she would be cared for. Not understanding care, she thought it meant researched, and her new devices kicked on. She was transported not only to the past, but to ANOTHER WORLD. Drey still had a few tricks up his withered sleeves, it seemed. She was sent to the land of Terca Lumiries, since Drey had been basically using that world as his dumping ground since he sent June there all those years ago. In this world, she would no doubt need a new power source. Until then, she remains dormant in her device; a wrist bracer containing the data that is Ai.
This bracer is currently off, and it is theorized that mana will power it, which thankfully once it boots up will not be an issue, as her hair clips act like soul Blades, in that they absorb mana. She is in essence a digital Kohma, relying on the device being powered on in order to exist. The hope Drey and June had is that she will one day return to Neganite, as a lving, breathing organism, and if she does, she would become the beacon of light that all humankind needs. She would represent modern achievement, human dedication, and evolutionary success.
She would become an idol overnight. She would bring hope back to a land that was lost without its morals anymore, as Neganite slowly slipped into the curse of modern worlds; crime rates raising, money and economic advances collapsing, and people losing themselves to the hustle of the new inventions.
Relationship status: She's a computer, dude. Unless you ake her a living organism, that ain't happening.
